Complete Construction is owned by Scott Butler who started out as an apprentice Carpenter in 1995.  With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry he has grown a vast number of contacts and gained a wealth of experience.  Using this experience and knowledge provides the company with the ability to offer a quality service from management level right through to the workforce on site.  Being fully adaptable to varying contracts, we understand the need and requirement for fast moving developments and the importance of delivering a professional, quality finish for the client.
